The Klorball35, designed by Dan Bowles, is an open-source, diodeless, column-staggered low-profile split keyboard with 35 keys, Choc V1 switches, a 0xCB Helios RP2040 controller, and a PMW3360 optical trackball. It supports QMK/ZMK firmware and uses TRRS for connection. Files are on GitHub.

Brazilian modders TecLab stripped a Galax RTX 5090D HOF OC Lab XOC, removed its 16-pin connectors, and soldered wires directly onto the PCB. Drawing about 50A on the 12V rail (~600W), the bare GPU ran benchmarks under a liquid chiller. The group says the mod is a critique of NVIDIA's connector melting problems.
