(PR) AMD Instinct GPUs and EPYC CPUs to Power Europe's Next-Generation LUMI-AI Supercomputer
EuroHPC JU has signed a contract with Bull to deliver LUMI-AI at CSC's data center in Kajaani, Finland. The system, powered by AMD Instinct MI430X GPUs and 6th Gen EPYC 256-core processors, is scheduled for deployment in H2 2027 and will support AI research and industry, providing 10 times the AI capacity and nearly twice the HPC performance of the current LUMI supercomputer.
